1. Personal Information SERVERLESS CRUSH gathers

- Contact Information. Contact Information allows SERVERLESS CRUSH to communicate with you. - Working with companies and service providers (i.e. Webflow, Airtable, or other companies that process website hosting, or analytics performance in furtherance of the purposes described in Section 3 (“How SERVERLESS CRUSH Uses Personal Information”) above.

- SERVERLESS CRUSH employs other companies to perform tasks on SERVERLESS CRUSH’s behalf and therefore SERVERLESS CRUSH must share your Personal Information with these companies to provide services to you. Examples include but are not limited to analyzing data, providing marketing assistance, and providing customer service. SERVERLESS CRUSH may partner with third-party services for fraud prevention and/or identity verification.

- Enforcing SERVERLESS CRUSH’s rights or protect SERVERLESS CRUSH property and intellectual property.

- Protecting the rights, property, or safety of others, investigate fraud, respond to a government request.

- SERVERLESS CRUSH believes in good faith that it must disclose such information to prevent imminent physical harm or financial loss.

- SERVERLESS CRUSH believes in good faith that it must disclose such information per auditing, compliance, and corporate governance functions.

SERVERLESS CRUSH will not sell your Personal Information to third parties.

This Privacy Statement does not apply to the practices of third parties that SERVERLESS CRUSH does not own or control or individuals that SERVERLESS CRUSH does not employ or manage. The use of your Personal Information by third parties that you access through the Site is governed by the privacy policies of such parties and is not subject to SERVERLESS CRUSH’s control. SERVERLESS CRUSH may disclose information about you that is not personally identifiable. For example, SERVERLESS CRUSH may provide our partners, (such as Webflow or a CRM software provider), or other third parties with reports that contain aggregated and statistical data about SERVERLESS CRUSH users.

To determine the appropriate retention period, SERVERLESS CRUSH considers the type and volume of the information, the negatives that can result from unpermitted access to such information, why SERVERLESS CRUSH gathers such information, and the availability of achieving the goals of such gathering through alternative means.

SERVERLESS CRUSH utilizes third parties to provide services to users, and also provides links from the Site to other websites. These third parties may have their own privacy policies and may collect, use, and distribute information differently than SERVERLESS CRUSH. SERVERLESS CRUSH encourages all users to read the privacy policies of all third parties.

12. SERVERLESS CRUSH Blog and Reviews - NOT APPLICABLE IN THE CURRENT WEBSITE VERSION

SERVERLESS CRUSH contains a blog and other areas such as product reviews where Users may publicly post information, communicate with other Users, and submit content they deem relevant for discussion. SERVERLESS CRUSH strongly encourages you to read the SERVERLESS CRUSH Terms of Use carefully prior to posting or engaging in the blog. All the information you post will be accessible to anyone, at any time, with Internet access. Furthermore, SERVERLESS CRUSH strongly advises you to NOT post any personal or identifiable information about yourself or contact information, including physical address, email, phone numbers, outside of the Site and the blog. Any information you post may be read, collected, and used by others. Any personal information or other information that you contribute to any Social Media Application can be read, collected, and used by other users of that Social Media Application over whom we have little or no control.
